1. Who we are
Next Visage is a trading name of XPANDIFY LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17324272.

These terms apply to purchases of our personalised digital reports through this store. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. Please read these documents before ordering.

2. The service
We review the photos and questionnaire answers you provide and prepare a personalised PDF with practical appearance, hair, grooming and style guidance. The report is delivered manually by email. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the report described on the product page; there is no recurring subscription.
Our guidance is educational and subjective. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, psychological assessments, nutritional prescriptions or guaranteed physical results. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about health concerns. Images showing possible looks are illustrative and do not promise that you will achieve the same result.

3. Eligibility and your submissions
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this service. Supply accurate information and an email address you can access. Submit only your own photos or photos that you have lawful authority and the subject's permission to share. Do not submit images of anyone under 18, intimate images or unlawful content.
You retain ownership of your submissions. You permit us to use them only as necessary to prepare and deliver your report and handle your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Submitting photos does not give us permission to use them in public advertising or testimonials.

4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Review the total, including any applicable taxes, before paying. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.
We will send an order confirmation to the email supplied. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. We will not charge an increased price for an existing order without your agreement.

5. Preparation and delivery
We aim to email your PDF within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of usable photos and complete answers. If your photos or answers need clarification, we will contact you; the delivery period starts once the required information is received. There is no physical shipping charge.
If you want preparation to begin within the first 14 days, we will obtain your express request before starting. That request does not remove the full 14-day refund option in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Without an early-start request, preparation begins after the cancellation period and the delivery period runs from then, provided we have your completed information.
Check your inbox and spam folder and contact us if delivery is late. We will tell you about material delays and your available options. If we have not delivered the report, you may request a full refund.

6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund within 14 calendar days after the day you order, even if preparation has begun or the report has been delivered. Email zeekai.store@gmail.com. Full details, including an optional cancellation form and remedies for report problems, appear in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights are not limited by that policy or these terms.

7. Using your report
Your report is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and print it and share it privately with advisers helping you. Please do not resell the report, distribute it publicly or copy our original report materials for a competing service. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by law or your ownership of your own photos and information.

8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Contact us at zeekai.store@gmail.com for questions about your photos or personal information. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents by email unless a verified payment provider specifically requests them through its secure process.

9. Responsibility
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and as described. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and choices. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory rights regarding services and digital content remain unaffected.

10. Complaints
Email zeekai.store@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond as soon as reasonably possible. You can also write to our business address above. You retain any rights to seek help from relevant consumer authorities or courts.

11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
